하남점을 이어, 현대백화점 판교점은 친환경 소재와 조경 요소를 적극적으로 활용하여 설계되었습니다. 자연에서 영감을 받은 마감재와 식재를 통해 수평과 수직의 경계가 흐려진 연속적이고 통합된 공간 경험을 구현했습니다. 이를 통해 기존 백화점의 전형적인 구획과 동선을 재해석하고, 고객이 자연스럽게 공간을 탐색하며 휴식과 쇼핑을 동시에 경험할 수 있도록 설계했습니다.
또한, 공간 전반에 걸쳐 소재와 조경의 조화를 강조하여 시각적 편안함과 심리적 안정감을 제공하고, 각 구역의 기능적 요소가 자연스럽게 연결되도록 배치했습니다.
Following the Hanam branch, Hyundai Department Store Pangyo was designed with a strong emphasis on eco-friendly materials and landscaped elements. Inspired by nature, the finishes and plantings create a continuous and integrated spatial experience where the boundaries between horizontal and vertical planes are blurred. This approach reinterprets the conventional layout and circulation of department stores, allowing visitors to explore the space naturally while simultaneously enjoying both leisure and shopping.
Throughout the store, the harmony of materials and landscaping enhances visual comfort and psychological well-being, while functional zones are seamlessly connected to create a cohesive and immersive environment.
