아트조선스페이스는 조선미디어그룹 유일의 미술 전문 매체 아트조선이 설립한 동시대 복합문화예술공간이다.
대한민국 문화지형도의 중심인 서울 광화문에 위치한 아트조선스페이스는 시대와 삶에 새겨진 일상의 미적 가치를 탐구하고 예술과 대중 간의 유기적 소통과 문화의 새로운 가능성을 탐색하고자 한다.
1988년 개관한 조선일보미술관이 2021년 운영을 종료함에 따라 30년 넘도록 이어온 예술을 향한 애정과 전문성의 역사를 계승 받아, 조선미디어그룹의 예술에 대한 미션을 수행하는 전용 공간이다.
Art Chosun Space is a contemporary multidisciplinary cultural and artistic venue established by Art Chosun, the only art-specialized media outlet of the Chosun Media Group.
Located in Gwanghwamun, the heart of Korea’s cultural landscape, Art Chosun Space seeks to explore the aesthetic value embedded in everyday life, while fostering organic communication between art and the public and discovering new possibilities for culture.
Following the closure of the Chosun Ilbo Museum of Art in 2021, which had been open since 1988, Art Chosun Space inherits over three decades of passion and expertise in the arts. It continues the Chosun Media Group’s mission and commitment to supporting and promoting artistic endeavors through this dedicated space.
